No you do not need to create a account to schedule a delivery.
All delivery info and tracking numbers will be sent to email after payment.
How do I track my order ?
After purchase there will be a tracking link sent to your email at the start of the delivery.
There will also be photos with proof of delivery sent to your email
Are there any hidden fees ?
No the price you get a checkout is the price you pay
What size items do we deliver ?
We deliver items of all sizes, from small parcels to pallets.
Weight limit is 2500 lbs
Size limit is 96” x 48” inch pallets
Is there a cancellation fee ?
There is a cancellation fee of $7 dollars if a delivery is cancelled 1 hour before delivery starts. If you cancel 1 hour or more before the delivery window there is no fee.
Do we do Facebook marketplace pick ups ?
Yes we pick and deliver facebook marketplace orders.
We just need an item description, pick up and drop off location, and contact information.
Do you charge extra for stairs ?
We have a small fee ranging from $2 to $15 depending on the flights of stairs
1 flight = $2 / 3 flights = $4 / 6+ flights = $15
What payment methods do you accept ?
Payments are handled securely through Stripe
