What’s the difference in urgent vs scheduled orders

An urgent delivery is done right away. A scheduled order is done at a later time or day 

What are the weight sizes options 

There are 4 weight/ sizes small (1-25 Ibs), medium (25-50 Ibs), large (50-75 Ibs), and extra large ( 75+ lbs ) 

Are there any discounts 

There are many promotions and bonuses with deliveries. Some are limited time only .And a rewards track for recurring customers.

How much is the cancellation fee 

There is a flat rate cancelation fee of $7 dollars if a delivery is cancelled 1 hour before

Time, Distance, Weather, Traffic, Weight, Size. Value of shipment ( insurance ) 

What to do if Delivery is late 

If you haven’t gotten your item after 15 min of its ETA, please contact Ezdorr at  jack@ezdorr.com . You may also report this on our app.

What to do if Delivery is canceled by us

You will get a Immediate full refund and a discount on a future orders or a coupon for one of our partners stores

Fees

If the item is damaged during the delivery process, EzDorr offers insurance up to a $100  per order as part of the costs. Additional insurance coverage is offered at checkout for an additional $14.

What items are not allowed to be sent ?

Prohibited items include:

  • People and live animals
  • Illegal substances
  • Recreational drugs
  • Stolen property
  • Firearms and explosives
  • Contraband
  • Items that require special licenses or permits for transportation
  • Items not approved by the recipient
