2. Services Provided EzDorr specializes in same-day delivery of large and bulky items within New York. We reserve the right to refuse service for items prohibited by law, hazardous materials, or those exceeding our size and weight limits.
3. User Responsibilities
- Users must provide accurate pickup and delivery information.
- Users must ensure items are properly packaged.
- Users must be available for pickup and delivery at the specified times.
4. Pricing and Payment
- Pricing is based on distance, item size, and delivery urgency.
- Payments must be made through our accepted payment methods before delivery is completed.
- Additional fees may apply for waiting times, failed deliveries, or special handling.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellations made before dispatch may be eligible for a refund.
- No refunds for cancellations after dispatch.
- Refunds are subject to processing fees and company discretion.
6. Liability and Limitations
- EzDorr is not responsible for delays due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
- We are not liable for damages caused by improper packaging.
- Our maximum liability for lost or damaged items is limited to the declared value, up to a maximum of $100.
7. Prohibited Items Users must not send:
- Hazardous or illegal items
- Firearms, explosives, or drugs
- Perishable goods without proper packaging
8. Dispute Resolution Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in New York. Users waive the right to a class-action lawsuit.
9. Amendments EzDorr may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our service constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
